重庆油改气-乌鲁木齐温室大棚即将实现“煤改气”

新疆乌鲁木齐县将环境不断改善,农民持续增收,作为首府的旅游产业基地、水源地、涵养区,乌鲁木齐县的生态保护意义非常大下一步着重解决的就是设施农业温室大棚的燃煤变燃气的问题,预计明年全部完成。
  11月27日,韩女士又来到新疆乌鲁木齐县东湾子村设施农业基地张银奎家的温室大棚中来采摘蔬菜。韩女士告诉记者,她觉得这里的菜绿色无公害很好吃,所以经常来这里摘菜。
  张银奎家今年冬天像往年一样种了西红柿、芹菜、紫甘蓝、娃娃菜、芥菜还有今年新种品种叶甜菜。“现在人还比较少,等到开始滑雪了,游客多了,我们的生意就更红火了!”张银奎告诉记者,他在这里种植大棚蔬菜有四、五年了,平均每年的收入能有三到五万元。
  记者看到,张银奎家所在的这条路上,沿途有不少种植大棚的农户在门前写着“黄瓜”、“草莓”、“西红柿”等字样。乌鲁木齐县按照“集中连片、基地示范、拓宽市场、农旅结合”的原则,集中推进以板房沟乡、水西沟镇为主的设施种植业示范点,不断推进设施农业建设规模。
  温室大棚即将实现“煤改气”
  南山脚下的生态旅游农业发展得热火朝天,蓝天绿水也不能丢。乌鲁木齐县委副书记、县长李伟介绍,乌鲁木齐县的工作目标就是环境不断改善,农民持续增收,作为首府的旅游产业基地、水源地、涵养区,乌鲁木齐县的生态保护意义非常大。乌鲁木齐县一万五千多亩的设施农业,每年的取暖燃煤,对生态的破坏是非常大的。因此,在气源紧张、乌鲁木齐县点多面广的情况下,乌鲁木齐县建设调压站、铺设天然气管线、建设锅炉房等,为的就是保护生态环境。
  “下一步着重解决的就是设施农业温室大棚的燃煤变燃气的问题,预计明年全部完成。”李伟说。
  据悉,乌鲁木齐南部集中供热工程作为乌鲁木齐县重点民生工程之一,2013年启动,预计2016年完成。目前,建设完成方家庄子门站、南旅基地调压站、板房沟调压站,铺设天然气管线77公里,建设9座锅炉房,15公里供热管网。
  11月4日,天然气正式通气,11月7日,天然气已送至方家庄子门站、南旅基地调压站、板房沟调压站。之后将向12个集中供热锅炉房通气供热,将有千余户农牧民享受到清洁能源给生产和生活带来的便利。同时乌鲁木齐县还将确保冬运会场馆、乌鲁木齐县游客服务中心实现清洁能源使用和集中供热。
